This nature-themed indoor play area by day transforms into an uplifting and unique location for a mid-size evening event. Zoomazium offers a fun and whimsical setting that will inspire guests to let loose and enjoy the atmosphere including two slides and a mountain to climb on. Zoomazium comes equipped with many audio visual capabilities including a large video screen, sound system and more.

Basecamp Northwest
Availability: Year-Round
Capacity: 60 (40 seated)
Located just between our grizzly bear and snowy owl exhibits, Basecamp Northwest features a hand-painted panoramic mural of the arctic tundra. Your guests will experience the wild from the comfort and warmth of this meeting room. Basecamp Northwest is available for both daytime and evening events, and can accommodate luncheons and small dinners.

Neysether River House
Availability: Year-Round

Tucked between the grizzly bear and North American river otter exhibits, the Taiga Viewing Shelter immerses your guests in the naturalistic setting of the award-winning Northern Trail. Entertain your guests as the brown bears look on curiously and the otters zip around in the water, mere feet from your group.

Briar Oak

Briar Oak offers the perfect indoor space situated along the main path of the zoo. Located across from our expansive North Meadow, this rustic venue, complete with wood flooring and skylights, provides a beautiful setting for dinners, meetings and more!

1899 Grove

This space features a vaulted ceiling, pillars, and two full walls of windows creating an open and airy space filled with natural light. Host a cocktail hour on 1899 Grove’s wrap-around patio, looking over the zoo’s lush greenery. Available for evening receptions, 1899 Grove is the perfect setting for company receptions, award banquets and fundraisers.

Jaguar Cove

Located behind the Molbak’s Butterfly Garden Exhibit, this beautiful oasis is surrounded by an abundance of Pacific Northwest greenery and flora. This event space is perfect for your guests to enjoy an outdoor cocktail or dinner reception.

Peacock Plaza
Availability: May – September
Capacity: 200 (80 seated)
Help protect the greater one-horned rhino by hosting your event in our Peacock Plaza. Discover these amazing animals in our newest exhibit, the Assam Rhino Reserve, and mingle among Asian brown tortoises and demoiselle cranes. With a large covered area and lush horticulture, you and your quests can enjoy a private event space you won’t find anywhere else.
